For those saddened by the closing of the historic Four Seasons in Yorkville, never fear. Bay-Yorkville Developments and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts are launching a brand new Four Seasons Hotel just around the corner on Bay Street. The new luxury hotel and condominium has guest suites on the first 20 floors of the West tower and residential units above. The sleek tower will stretch 53-storeys high, featuring 253 visitor suites and 100 private residences. The development will also feature a chic 26-storey East tower containing 100 private residential suites. Residential suites at the Four Seasons will range between 1000 and 9000 square feet. The cost for a condominium will begin at $1.9 million.
