The Charles at Church is expected to include a complete suite of on-site amenities and luxuries, including both indoor and outdoor conveniences and bonus features. While the builders have yet to publish specifics, the following details have been confirmed:
The roof of the 47-storey tower is currently planned to function as a complete green space. As this development will be a pet-friendly residence, the roof is also rumoured to include a 2,300-square foot track where pet owners will be able to take their dogs for a walk or run.
The third and fourth floors of the residential tower will be dedicated to community amenities. Details are not yet available, but these areas of the building will likely include all the features you would expect from a newly built condominium, including dedicated function spaces for meetings and parties.
In total, the third and fourth floors will house almost 10,000 square feet of dedicated amenity space.

628 Church Street Condos is a new condo project by Aspen Ridge currently in pre-construction located on the North-East corner of Charles Street East and Church Street. The proposed 52 Storey building will consist of 339 Condo Suites, 20 rental replacement units and 349 sq. metres of retail space. The front of the existing heritage buildings will be integrated into the base of the multi -use 52 storey structure containing retail space and nine residential units. Residential suites will consist of 328 one bedroom suites, 100 two bedroom suites and 31 three bedroom suites with some offering over sized square footage (not common in this area). Residents will be able to enter the Lobby from Church Street. There will be five levels of underground parking that can be accessed via Church Street and bicycle parking for residents as well as visitors. Outdoor amenity space will be located on the second to fourth floors and also on the rooftop level.
